This policy applies to the PrettyPlus mobile application for Android and iOS, offered through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
It covers AI-assisted still-image beauty workflows, style and template choices, generation history, credit balances, optional one-time credit packs, profile tools, and in-app feedback. If any wording here differs from the publisher named on your storefront listing, treat the listing as authoritative for the entity responsible for your build.
Device access you choose to grant
Some features ask for permission only when needed—for instance, reading your photo library to import a still image, or writing a finished visual back to your library. Declining a permission may disable the related feature without affecting the rest of the app.

Information we may process
- Visual inputs: Still images you import or capture, plus style, template, and makeup-related selections needed to produce the outputs you request.
- Account details: User identifier, display name, avatar, and sign-in state when you log in or keep a profile.
- Credits and activity: Credit balances, generation records, and summaries of in-app credit use.
- Technical signals: Device model, OS version, app build, a stable device identifier, crash reports, and performance diagnostics used to keep the service stable.
- Support messages: Text and attachments you send through the in-app Feedback entry on the Profile tab.
Why we use this information
- Deliver the features you select—beauty image tools, galleries, credits, and history.
- Authenticate sessions, sync accounts, and apply promotional credit rules when offered.
- Diagnose defects, improve quality, and review aggregated patterns where individuals are rarely identifiable.
- Prevent abuse, respond to incidents, and meet lawful obligations we cannot reasonably refuse.
Where information stays and how long
Information is processed and stored only by us, on systems and equipment that we run and control.
Downloading, updating, or completing an in-app purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store may leave billing or delivery records with the storefront under its own rules. That pipeline is separate from PrettyPlus’s own data handling described here.
We keep data only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal record-keeping, or dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it according to schedules our team maintains.
Likenesses in your uploads
- Purpose: Facial features in photos you supply are used solely to perform the beauty stylization or generation you started—not for unrelated advertising or public likeness galleries.
- Identification: We do not build standalone identity profiles for marketing from uploaded likeness data.
- Commercial use: We do not sell image-derived profiles to unrelated marketers.
How we protect information
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure—please consider the sensitivity of content before uploading from your device.
When information may be released
We disclose information only when:
- A statute, regulation, court order, or formal governmental demand requires it; or
- We must act promptly to protect life, serious injury, or urgent public safety.
Cross-border handling
Cross-border aspects arise only from where we locate our own equipment or staff. Where your region requires additional safeguards, we apply measures the applicable law demands.

Younger users
PrettyPlus is intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. If we learn we collected data from a child below that age without required parental consent, we delete what we can consistent with our legal duties.
